Role: QA Lead Contract to Hire

Location:  MA

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Rate: $35-40/HR Max on 1099

Description/Comment:          This resource will be working the the Retail Department to move retail order over to the Order Management system (Yantra). They will sit in on define sessions, lead a team and work with PM's, developers and the Business. Must have excellent comm skills and a retail background would be helpful. Must have strong QA Methodology and understand how to run a QA group. This is a brand new project.

 

Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines. Develops, publishes and implements test plans. Writes and maintains test automation. Maintains the integrity of the Quality Assurance environment. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Must have strong working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Leadership skills preferred.
